I am Diane Barr and President of the WECAT LLC. My role as President is to support the 24 wind operators in meeting the terms of the USFWS Incidental Take Permit, coordinate with The Peregrine Fund to support the rearing program, manage the day-to-day business needs including funding commitments, partnership agreements and contracts, and provide information to interested members of the public.
